The first discrimination

The first discrimination is to realize that we are not our thoughts. Our thoughts do not know us.
This discrimination may lead us to the understanding that ‘I am the knowingness and not the known’.
Upon further inquiry, we realize the known and the knowingness are one and that I am this knowingness as well as the known, as one and that there is a hierarchy between the known and the knowing. While they are one, the known does not know knowingness. The known is defined by its knowingness and not the other way around.
Finally we realize this knowingness (that I AM), is borderless & universal.
In this final realization the world body mind dissolve in the Self and Sat-Chit-Ananda is realized.
The litmus test of Self realization is the unshakable peace and happiness. (As Francis Lucille says: 99.9% of the time is ok) 😊 🙏🏻
