We are so preoccupied with our own fate

We are so preoccupied with our own fate and our own lot and rarely do we ask ourselves what we are doing that expresses our recognition of our inherent interconnection and wholeness with everyone and everything?
What is our responsibility besides being self concerned? What is it that we are doing or what is it that we are capable of doing as part of the whole?
Can we look and are we interested in looking beyond our shell, beyond our bubble, beyond our personal concerns or are we limited to remain on the spinning wheel of personal concerns and our seemingly personal life bubble?
Can we ask and ponder upon these questions?
Can we take these questions at heart?
We don’t have to, but it feels like they are good questions to ponder and reflect upon.
