RULES OF MEDITATION

First rule of meditation:
Treat others with fairness, compassion and wisdom.

Second rule of meditation:
Do not argue, neither with circumstances nor with others.

Third rule of meditation:
Contemplate the source: ‘What am I truly?’, ‘What is the reality of experience?’

Fourth rule of meditation:
Follow rules 1,2 and 3 until you are fully established as the peace of the Self keeping in mind that you are doing so on behalf of everyone and everything.
