When you imagine consciousness to be mortal, you have stepped away from the divine wisdom of the Self. 
When you imagine yourself to be born, to be a man, woman or any gender, you have adorned the unhappy cloak of mortality.
The contemplation: ‘What am I truly?’ ‘What is the reality of my experience?’ bypasses thought and reveals the source. 
Without such contemplation, without complete surrender, the download continues to operate.
