Defining yourself


When you define yourself, you are incorrectly perceiving yourself as a form, as a bundle of images that is arising in Awareness and you are overlooking the formless Awareness that you are.
You are not the images that you perceive.

Mistaking yourself to be an arising causes a sense of limitation and a psychosomatic contraction in the body mind that becomes your cause of concern and worry.

You struggle with the ghosts and you feel trapped since you do not discriminate between the dream and the freedom of the Self.

Contemplate and relax in/as Being Awareness, which is the only reality of your experience. The reality of your experience is not the changing realm but the changeless Transparency and Eternity of Being.
