In contemplating your experience, contemplate the source rather than the content. While the content of your experience draws you into desire and aversion, the source recalls you to itself, recalls you to the freedom, to the peace and happiness of your true nature.
The contemplation of the source is a sort of resting in presence that is goal-less, that is not directed. In such resting, the source is revealed through the thinning clouds of self concern.
The contemplation is a contemplation of love, of embracement rather than pursuit and concern.
Love is intelligent, all embracing and heals all wounds.
