Yes. As long as you are interested in the world body mind, you get the roller coaster ride. There is no way around it. Up and down you go. Then you get off the ride and get on another one, like in the amusement park. There is no way out as long as your interest is in what appears.
You have tasted the nectar of the Self and you pospone its contemplation and therefore you remain tantalized and feeling deprived, feeling as if you are being punished.
You hide your lackadaisical ways under various empty arguments. Fooling yourself does not advance you towards the revelation of the freedom of the Self.
Only taking it on and diving deeper and deeper into the inquiry of ‘What am I truly?’ ‘What is it that resists?’ ‘What is the reality of my experience?’ will relieve the angst of ignorance.
