What is it in our experience right now that does not come and go?
Before I am a man or woman, I am.
You experience I am as Being/Awareness, as Being Self and that is not possible via thought.
Reality is emptiness full of knowingness, always referring to itself from itself.
You can know an object, but you can only be the Self.
