Inner chatter is about me, about the separate self.
Mistaking myself to be the body mind, mistaking myself to be a dream character maintains, fuels the inner chatter.
Contemplate:”what am I truly?” Notice that which is aware of the chatter.
Am I the dream character that appears? Am I the bundle of thoughts, feelings and memories, or that which is aware of it?
What is the reality of my experience?
Once the false is seen through, it cannot be maintained for too much longer.
You are not defined by thoughts and feelings.
