LISTENING
I listen to the body without knowing. I notice a burning sensation in the belly. It could be the late breakfast. But it doesn’t matter what the mind says.
It is a deepening listening, sensing, feeling, without knowing, openly, freely. I am interested.
An ever deepening intimacy. Intimacy with what is. And I don’t need to know.
The mind recognizes its limitations and is silently listening without comment.
An ever deepening not knowing that does not need to know and is content in the mystery of being.
There is the recognition that I and this silent mystery are not separate.
