Habitually thought add a me

Whatever is experienced without adding a personal subject is unspoiled and simply delightful.
Habitually, thought adds the me (personal subject) and the entire matter becomes a me-matter. That is what a contraction amounts to: a me-situation that is felt in the body, in the belly, in the chest, in the neck, behind the eyes.
It is unpleasant.
