Since there is no separate self, what is it that maintains an open mind?

Question: Since there is no separate self, what is it that maintains an open mind?
After all there is nobody.

Reply: The open mind is maintained by the Self. The Self is borderless openness.

The Self dreams a separate identity and the Self dreams its return to the source.
There is no other reality but the Self.

What is it that says ‘there is nobody?’

As long as the personal impression is still on board, saying ‘there is nobody’ is not complete.

A parrot may say I love you ❤️, but knows nothing of the meaning of such words.

The aim of the contemplation is the end of ignorance and the revelation of the Self whereby we abide in/as ananda. Causeless bliss, peace, love and happiness.
Self knowingness.

Understanding there is no separate self is only an insight along the path.

The complete dissolution of the sense of separation is beyond understanding.
